Spree-Neiße is a district in the southeastern part of the German state of Brandenburg. It is named after the Spree and the Neiße rivers, which flow through the region. The district borders Poland to the east and the German districts of Oder-Spree, Dahme-Spreewald, Oberspreewald-Lausitz, and the city of Cottbus. The administrative center is the town of Forst (Lausitz). The region is known for its natural landscapes and proximity to the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve.
